  • Gallery CMS on PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM, with a signed-session admin guarded at the proxy layer.
  • sharp upload pipeline that bakes in EXIF orientation, strips GPS metadata and serves WebP.
  • Perceptually gated image optimization cut the photography from 97 MB to 15 MB.
  • Self-hosted on a 1 GB Linode: standalone build under systemd behind Caddy, running in 83 MB of memory.
